I'd say that's a perfect example!

MichelleBRUTUShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11876504197398697370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1912711484684282167.post-64711200141281171282010-05-02T12:31:05.446-04:002010-05-02T12:31:05.446-04:00Great proofing and training at the park!Great proofing and training at the park!Never Say Never Greyhoundshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00001070229800933763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1912711484684282167.post-72565338560661298452010-05-02T09:28:55.538-04:002010-05-02T09:28:55.538-04:00I have no problem with a dog being off leash if th...I have no problem with a dog being off leash if the dog is really trained and do not leaves the owners side to go bark at people and other dogs.
However, if anyone who is reading this blog thinks that it's ok to let their dog run off leash because he is small and fluffy and too cute to hurt anyone - think again!
Friday, I took my dog for a walk on an empty parking lot when suddenly daxon jumped out of nowhere on us, barking and lunging. Next thing I did was absolutely idiotic, but let's put it that way, the daxon is unharm, but now I have two deep holes on each side of my hand. When the owner finally made it to the scene, you can only imaging all the words that came out of my mouth.
For a split second I even thought of saying "yes" to the question of "did my dog do it?", maybe that would have scared the life out of him and that dog never would be off leash again.
so, next time I see the dog off leash approaching me, I personally will deliver that dog to the animal shelter.Yuliya Brownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06268239690712291202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1912711484684282167.post-79047971833825355672010-05-01T12:09:23.338-04:002010-05-01T12:09:23.338-04:00Sound like you have it sorted :-)
